High waisted 1940's plaid skirt. Blue and gray plaid, feels like cotton (not wool, it's light weight and smooth). Side snap closures. There is also supposed to have 2 hook/eyes on the waist, but the hooks of those are missing. This has been hemmed up 2", so if you need more length you can let that back out. Measures just a hair over 25" at the waist, 36" at the hip, and 27.75" long. The fabric and construction are sturdy and wearable!(E11)
